When will we receive the money from ticket sales?

Payouts are sent weekly when sales were made the previous week. Each payout is deposited to your registered bank account and can include sales from several events and memberships.

You can see every completed payout any time under Payments in Admin, together with a payout report that shows what it contains. See How to view payouts and download payout reports.

If no payouts arrive, check the status next to the Payments title. If Stripe needs more information, payouts can be interrupted until you update it. See What does the status on the Payments page mean?

Note: For ongoing sales before an event, the default schedule includes a 7-day lag from the date of sale.
