Who do I contact: the organizer or Orbi?

Questions about an event or membership go to the organization that runs it. Problems with your account, payment or the app go to Orbi.

Updated October 1, 2026

Events and memberships on Orbi are run by student organizations. Orbi provides the app, the website and the payments. Knowing who to ask gets you an answer faster.

Contact the organizer about

  • The event itself: the program, time, place, dress code or what's included
  • Refunds. Only the organization can refund a ticket or a membership.
  • Changing your answers to ticket or membership questions
  • Your membership application
  • Anything the event page or membership page doesn't answer

Contact Orbi about

  • Logging in or your account
  • A payment that went through but you didn't get a ticket or membership
  • A missing receipt
  • The app or the website not working

Email support@orbi.io. In the app, you can also open Settings and select Contact to write to the Orbi team.

How to find the organizer's contact details

Organizations add their own contact details, so what you see depends on what they filled in. If a section is missing, the organization didn't add it.

On an event

  • On orbi.io, scroll to Contact on the event page. It shows a name, an email address and a phone number.
  • In the app, open the event and look for Contact info.
  • Select the organization's name to open its page.

On an organization's page

  • On orbi.io, the page shows the organization's email, phone number, website and social links.
  • In the app, use Send email or Visit website on the organization's page.

On a membership

  • The membership page shows a Contact section. If the membership has no contact of its own, it shows the organization's details instead.

You can't send a chat message to an organization in Orbi. Use the email address or phone number instead.
