Can I cancel my membership and get a refund?

You can't leave or cancel a membership yourself in the Orbi app. Memberships are not renewed automatically, so you won't be charged again when your period ends.

Ask the organization

Only the organization that sells the membership can refund it, and it decides whether to do so.

1. Open the membership in the app.
2. Use the contact details on the membership page to reach the organization. If the membership has no contact details of its own, the organization page's contact details are shown.
3. Explain why you want a refund.

If your membership is refunded

• The refunded period is removed from your account. If it was your only period, the membership card disappears from My memberships.
• For a paid period, the money is returned to the payment method you used.

Before you have paid

If your application for a membership that needs approval has not been paid yet, you can cancel it yourself. Open the application and tap Withdraw. See How to apply for a membership that needs approval.

Memberships from another membership system

If the membership was added with Add, it is managed in the organization's own membership system. Contact the organization about cancelling it.
