Can I cancel my ticket and get a refund?

Under Swedish distance contract law (distansavtalslagen), the right of withdrawal generally does not apply to event tickets. This exception covers leisure activities tied to a specific date.

If you'd like a refund, contact the event organizer directly. The organizer may choose to make an exception at their discretion. Orbi, as the platform, cannot issue refunds without the organizer's explicit approval.

If the organizer refunds your ticket, it is marked as Refunded and can no longer be used. A ticket you received for free from someone else can't be refunded.

If the event is canceled

Canceling an event doesn't refund tickets automatically. The organizer refunds each ticket. Until then, the event and your ticket stay under My tickets in the Orbi app. Once your ticket is refunded, it shows Refunded. If you haven't heard from the organizer, contact them directly.
