Discount codes, members-only tickets and image questions
With the new event form, we've also given you more control over who can buy your tickets and what they pay.
Discount codes
Give a code to your sponsors, your board or your early birds. Open a ticket and choose Add discount codes. Each code takes a set amount off the ticket price, and you'll see the price after the discount as you type.
Students enter the code at checkout and choose Apply. Only one discount applies per ticket, so students always get the best one available.
Codes can't be added to free tickets.
Members-only tickets
Choose Add required memberships on a ticket to sell it only to members. Select one or more memberships, and turn on Require all memberships if buyers need all of them rather than just one.
Students without the right membership will see which membership is required, with a shortcut to it.
Want members to pay less instead? Use Add membership discounts to give members a cheaper price on the same ticket.
Ask ticket buyers questions
Collect what you need when people buy a ticket. Choose between:
- Checkbox
- Free text
- Multiple choice, where attendees choose one of several options
- Image upload, where attendees upload an image
You can make questions required, reorder them by dragging, and import options for multiple choice from a file.
