I want to switch from my university email to a personal email

Email support@orbi.io with your current email address and the new one you'd like to use. We'll migrate your account including your history and tickets without any loss of data.

Keep access in the meantime

While you still have access to your university email, you can add your personal email to the same account in the app:

1. Tap your profile picture in the top right corner of the home screen, then tap the cog icon
2. Tap Other emails, then Add
3. Enter your personal email and tap Add
4. Open the email from Orbi and tap the link to verify the address

After that, you can log in with your personal email. Enter it on the login screen and Orbi emails you a 6-digit one-time code. See How to add a login method or another email in the app.
