How to sign up and log in to the Orbi app

Create an Orbi account or log in to the app with Apple, Google or your email address.

The Orbi app uses the same steps for new and existing accounts. You enter your email address or choose Apple or Google, and the app shows the next step that fits your account.

Log in or sign up

Open the Orbi app and tap Sign up or Log in
Choose how to continue:
- Continue with Apple (only on iPhone and iPad)
- Continue with Google
- Or enter your Email address and tap Continue

If you use Apple or Google with the same email address as an existing Orbi account, you are logged in to that account.

Log in with your email address

Depending on your account, Orbi asks for one of these:

Enter password: type your password and tap Log in. If you forgot it, tap Forgot your password?
Enter one-time code: Orbi emails you a 6-digit code. Type it in and tap Verify. The app also submits the code as soon as all 6 digits are entered.

If you are new to Orbi

You see Sign Up and the message Complete your profile to continue.

Enter your First name and Last name
Choose your country under Select country
If the app asks for a Password, choose one with at least 8 characters
Tap Continue

Verify your email

If you signed up with an email address and a password, the app shows Verify your account. Open the email from Orbi and tap the link. When you return to the app, it checks automatically, or you can tap Complete signup. If you signed up with Apple, Google or a one-time code, you skip this step.

Set up your profile

On Welcome to Orbi!, add a profile picture if you like and tap Continue
On Where are you studying?, check the country. Tap Looks good, or pick another country and tap Continue. If you study abroad, choose the country of your school, not your home country.
Pick your school from the list, or search for it. Some schools let you pick a student union or section next.
