How to add a login method or another email in the app

To open settings, tap your profile picture in the top right corner of the home screen, then tap the cog icon.

Add Apple or Google as a login method

1. In Settings, tap Login methods
2. Under Available login methods, tap Apple or Google
3. Sign in with that account when asked

The new method appears under Current login methods. Apple is only offered on iPhone and iPad. If everything is already connected, you see No options available.

If you see This email address is already used on another account, that Apple or Google account is already connected to an Orbi account, or its email address belongs to a different Orbi account.

Remove Apple or Google

1. In Login methods, tap the minus icon next to Apple or Google
2. Tap Yes, remove Apple or Yes, remove Google

You can only remove a login method when your account has more than one. Email & password can't be removed in the app.

Add another email address

Use Other emails to add, for example, your student email or a personal email address to the same account.

1. In Settings, tap Other emails
2. Tap Add
3. Enter the email address and tap Add
4. Open the email from Orbi and tap the link to verify the address

Once verified, the address shows in the list. You can then log in with it: enter it on the login screen and Orbi emails you a 6-digit one-time code.

Verifying an email can also unlock things that depend on it, such as membership invitations sent to that address.

Error messages

• This email is already used as a login method: the address is already on your account.
• This email has already been used to verify another account: the address belongs to a different Orbi account. Log in to that account, or contact support@orbi.io.

Remove an email address

Tap the minus icon next to the email, then tap Yes, remove.
