Memberships on the web

Memberships used to live only in the Orbi app. Now everything works on the web too, so students can join your organization from any browser.

What students can do on the web

• Buy a membership. Open a membership, choose Become a member and complete checkout.
• Apply for a membership that needs approval. Answer your questions and choose Submit application. If you need more information, the student can update their answers and choose Request review. Once approved, they continue to checkout.
• Accept an invitation. Invited students see You have been invited and can Accept, or Accept and pay when the membership has a price.
• Renew. When a membership is about to run out, students can renew it from the same page.

Your membership questions work on the web as well, including file uploads.

Everything in one place

Signed-in students who have a membership, an application or an invitation will see Memberships in the menu. It collects their invitations, applications and memberships, with a badge when something needs their attention.

Your memberships are also listed in a Memberships tab on your organization page.

Connect a membership from another system

Already a member through another membership system? Students can connect that membership to Orbi with Connect membership. We currently support Memlist, Montania, Anders Törnkvist and Slice.
