Where to find your membership card
Find your digital membership card in the Orbi app, understand what it shows, and show it when someone asks for proof of membership.
Updated October 1, 2026
Your memberships are shown as digital membership cards in the Orbi app.
Find your card
- Open the Campus tab.
- Under My Campus, tap Memberships.
- The My memberships tab shows a card for each membership you have.
To show your membership, open this list and show the card on your screen. Tap a card to open the membership page.
Memberships you added from another membership system are shown here too.
What the card shows
- The membership name and logo
- Your full name
- Your membership number and member ID, if the organization uses them
- The status, next to your name:
- Valid thru and a date: The membership is active until that date.
- Valid thru and Lifetime: The membership never expires.
- Active on and a date: Your membership starts on that date.
- Expired: The membership is no longer active.
The status changes color during the last month before your membership expires.
Membership history
On the membership page, open Membership history to see every period you have had. Each period shows one of these statuses:
- Active
- Expires soon: Less than a month left.
- Pending: The period has not started yet.
- Expired
As an active member, you also see the membership's posts on the membership page.
My membership is missing
- If you just applied for a membership that needs approval, it appears under the Applications tab until it is approved and, if needed, paid. See How to apply for a membership that needs approval.
- If you were invited, check the Invites tab. See How to accept a membership invite.
- Check that you are logged in with the same account you used to buy the membership.
