How to edit your organization page

Change your organization's name, logo, cover image, description, contact details and links in Admin.

You edit your organization page in Admin, in the Organization page section. Anyone on your team can make these changes, whether they are an Admin or a Member.

To open it, go to your organization page on orbi.io, click Enter Admin, then select Organization page in the sidebar.

Name and logo

Name: click Edit organization name, enter the new name (up to 100 characters) and click Save.
Logo: click Edit logo, choose an image and crop it in the square frame, then click Save.

Cover image

Under Cover image, click Add cover image (or Edit cover image if you already have one). Choose an image, drag the selection to crop it, then click Save.

The cover image is a wide banner, so choose a landscape image and keep the important parts in the middle.

Images must be JPEG, PNG or WebP. If you see "Choose a JPEG, PNG, or WebP image.", save your image in one of those formats and try again.

Description

Under Description, click Add (or Edit description), write about your organization and click Save. The description can be up to 10,000 characters. To clear it, choose Remove.

Contact

Under Contact, click Add (or Edit contact) and enter an Email, a Phone number or both, then click Save. To clear your contact details, choose Remove.

If you see "Enter a valid email address." or "Enter a valid phone number.", check the format, for example +46 70 123 45 67 for a phone number.

Links

Under Links, click Add, choose a Link type and paste the URL. You can add one link of each type: Website, Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, X, YouTube, Discord and WhatsApp.

To change or remove a link, use the edit option next to it (for example Edit Instagram) or Remove. Removing asks you to confirm with Remove.
