How to delete your account

Deleting your account is permanent and cannot be undone. You lose access to purchases made with the account, such as tickets and memberships, and to any organizations you manage in Admin.

On orbi.io

1. Sign in to the account you want to delete
2. Click your profile picture in the top right corner and choose Settings
3. Click Delete account
4. Enter your email address to confirm
5. Click Delete account — your account is deleted and you are signed out

In the app

1. Log in to the account you want to delete
2. Tap your profile picture in the top right corner of the home screen
3. Tap the cog icon to open Settings
4. Scroll down and tap Delete account
5. Tap Delete account again, then confirm with Yes, delete my account — your account is deleted and you are logged out

If you haven't verified your email yet, you can also tap Delete account on the Verify your account screen.
