Receipts and past tickets

Need a receipt for your expense report, or want to find a ticket from last semester? Your ticket history is now always within reach.

On the web

Go to My tickets to find tickets and receipts for upcoming and past events. Switch between Upcoming and Past, and open Receipts for any event.

Each receipt shows the seller, the date, what you bought and the VAT. If you need it in your inbox, choose Resend receipt email.

In the app

Open a ticket and tap the receipt icon at the top to see all receipts for that event. Receipts in the app are available from app version 11.10.2.
