A new way to sign in

We've rebuilt how you sign in to Orbi. Signing up and logging in now happens right in the app, instead of in a browser window that opens on top of it.

How it works

Enter your email address and choose Continue. Depending on your account, you'll either:

Get a 6-digit code sent to your email, or
Enter your password, if you've set one

You can also choose Continue with Apple or Continue with Google.

New to Orbi? After your first sign-in, we'll ask you to complete your profile, and then you're in.

Why we made this change

The old sign-in opened a web page inside the app, which could be slow and unreliable, especially on Android. The new sign-in is built into the app, so it's faster and works the same way on every phone.

The website uses the same sign-in steps, so it works the same way wherever you use Orbi.
