How to report content in the app
Report posts, comments and groups to the Orbi team, and what to do about unwanted messages.
Updated October 1, 2026
If you see something offensive, harmful or misleading in the Orbi app, report it to the Orbi team.
Report a post
- Tap the menu in the top-right corner of the post.
- Tap Report content.
You see Report sent.
Report a comment
- Press and hold the comment.
- Tap Report content.
Report a group
- Open the group and tap the box with the group's name to open its details.
- Tap Report group.
- Tap Confirm.
You see Group reported. Your report is reviewed by the Orbi team.
What happens after you report
Your report goes to the Orbi team. The person who wrote the content is not notified, and the content stays visible until it is removed.
If something is urgent or you want to give more detail, contact us from the app: tap your profile picture in the top-right corner, tap the cog icon, then tap Contact.
Unwanted messages in chat
Messages can't be reported in the app, and there is no way to block someone. If someone sends you unwanted messages:
- Open the chat and tap the menu in the top-right corner.
- Tap Mute, then Always to stop notifications from that chat.
- Contact us from Settings > Contact and tell us who sent the messages.
You can also stop replying. A chat stays in your Messages list, but muted chats don't send you notifications.
Problems in a group
Group admins and moderators can remove members and block them from joining again. If you are a group admin, see How to manage a group in the app.
