Autumn is falling upon us, so it’s time to squeeze out the last bit of good outdoor climbing of the semester!
On the 24th of October we are heading to Köpegårda, a beautiful crag located in southern Blekinge (1.5 hours east from Lund). There are many great routes featuring both sport and trad-climbing, and we will also be setting up top ropes so everyone can join!
If it rains in Blekinge, our backup plan is to head to Kullaberg. Similar distance and lots of great climbing, but on the west coast. The weather will likely be different in these two places.
To make this trip possible, we depend on participants driving and bringing their cars. The number of available car spots directly determines how many people can join. Travel costs are not included in the event price and will be split directly within each car group. If we receive more sign-ups than available car spots we may look into renting a car for the day as a backup solution to get as many people to the crag as possible.
You should bring food, snacks and water to keep your energy for the full day. And also bring climbing shoes, harness and helmet (if you have one). You can borrow climbing shoes at Fritidsbanken in Lund.
