Argentine tango is to dance what jazz is to music: freeform and difficult perhaps, but also intense, sensual, and endlessly expressive. It is a language of the body where two people learn to move as one with each other and as one with the music.
Continuation course
Time: Fridays, 18:00 - 19:00
The continuation course is designed for those who have learned the basics of Tango; preferably, you have taken our beginner course last study period. It continues to build on the patterns learned in the beginner course.
Beginner course
Time: Fridays, 19:15 - 20:15
The beginner course is designed for those who have never danced Argentine Tango before—or perhaps have never danced at all. It provides a solid foundation in the dance, covering basic steps and simple patterns.
Practicas (Tuesdays)
Time: Tuesdays, 18:00 - 19:00 - Continuation
Time: Tuesdays, 19:15 - 20:15 - Beginner
The practica is open for any CSDA member, and we highly encourage our students to join it as part of the course. Here you have room to practice what you’ve learned, as well as socialize and make new friends.
Choosing any one level of the course, i.e. beginner or continuation, gives you access to all the activities of the dance, i.e. the beginner and the continuation courses and the social dance after.
The student discount applies to students from all schools and universities and also PhD students.
