Berkeley SWAGG

SWAGG is dedicated: -To improve the social welfare of the various communities that comprise our student body through student development and activism. -To elevate the field of social work, while uplifting social justice values, through the empowerment and development of future social workers. -To empower the social justice leaders of tomorrow, regardless of their field of study or practice, by connecting students, the campus, and the larger community. -To become a liaison between UC Berkeley students and the social welfare community through sponsoring charity fundraising, guest speakers, advocacy and lobbying events, and by promoting and educating about the profession of social welfare.
