International Welcome Program Autumn 2026 | Speed Friending

Join ESN Tromsø for Speed Friending, a relaxed and fun way to meet other new exchange students and start making connections in Tromsø! 💙 The event will take place downstairs at Storgata Camping. You’ll be paired up with different people for a series of short 5 minute conversations. Each round will have a new topic or question shown on the presentation screen, along with a countdown timer to keep things moving. There’s no pressure to come up with something to talk about, the prompts are there to get the conversation started. You can share experiences, compare impressions of Tromsø, talk about travel, studies, hobbies, or whatever the topic brings up. When the timer ends, you’ll move on and meet someone new. The idea is simple: meet new people, share some experiences, have a few laughs, and perhaps leave with some new friends. Whether you arrive alone or already know a few people, everyone is welcome.
