Scheduled posts

The best time to write a post isn't always the best time to publish it. Now you can write it today and let Orbi post it later.

How to schedule a post

1. Create a post as you normally would
2. Choose Schedule post instead of Publish now
3. Pick a date and time, and choose Schedule

Your post is marked as scheduled until it goes live. You can schedule posts up to two weeks ahead.

Plans changed?

Open the post's menu and choose Reschedule to pick a new time, or Publish now to post it straight away.

Notifications at the right time

Followers aren't notified when you schedule a post. The notification goes out when the post is published, so students hear about it at the time you chose.

Scheduling works for posts from your organization, on your organization page, your events and your memberships.
