Where do I find my tickets?

Sign in to Orbi with the email address you used when you bought the ticket. Your tickets are under Tickets, both in the app and on the web.

Can I get a refund for my ticket?

Refunds are handled by the organization hosting the event. Contact them directly. You’ll find their contact details on the event page.

Can I give my ticket to a friend?

Accepted Answer

If the organizer allows transfers for your ticket type, you can send the ticket to a friend from your tickets. Your friend needs to accept it before it can be scanned.

I’m not receiving my sign-in code

Accepted Answer

Check your spam or junk folder and make sure your email address is spelled correctly. You can then request a new code from the sign-in page.
