Is Orbi free for student organizations?
Yes. Creating your organization, publishing events and managing memberships is free. When students buy a paid ticket, a service fee is added at checkout. Free tickets have no fee.
How quickly can we get started?
Creating an organization takes a few minutes. You can publish private events right away, and public events once your organization has been approved.
When do we get paid?
Orbi Pay runs on Stripe. Add your organization’s bank account and payouts arrive weekly, each with a report you can download.
What happens when our board changes?
Invite the new board to your team and hand the organization over in Admin. Events, members and history stay where they are.
Can we run events with other organizations?
Yes. Invite other organizations as co-hosts so the event reaches both of your audiences.
How does Orbi handle GDPR?
Orbi is GDPR compliant. Student and member data is kept secure and only used as approved.
