On April 13th, challenge yourself and face your fears by jumping, diving or flipping from high platforms into the pool at Högevallbadet! The experienced instructors from SK Poseidon will guide you through the basics first, making sure everyone feels comfortable no matter your starting level. From there, you will have the chance to push yourself and try new skills at your own pace, such as: - Diving with proper technique - Learning or refining front and backflips - Jumping from 1m or 3m springboards - Jumping from 5m, 7m or 10m platforms - Trying new tricks or adding rotation to your flips - Maybe even double backflipping from 7m?? With supportive coaching, you will be encouraged to take on whatever challenge feels right for you. Whether you are a complete beginner or more advanced, we want this to be a chance for you to step outside of your comfort zone and leave feeling proud of what you accomplished!
