Yearly meeting

We'd like to formally invite you to The Gaming Guild's yearly meeting. It'll be at Kölsvinet (Neptunigatan 20) on February 3rd at 17.30. All are welcome, but only members are allowed to vote and send in motions. You can send in your motions to our email, maus@karen.mah.se, our Instagram @spelgillet_mau or one of our current board members through Discord. The deadline to send in motions is the 19th of January. The Gaming Guild is looking for new board members. Some of our current board members are graduating, so we need a couple of people that love boardgames and are excited to make it available and fun to others! We have a lot of fun together, and board members have some special privileges (so you know 👀 ). We are also looking for an economic auditor, so if you're good at math, we'd love to have you. You just have to do one thing a year, so it isn't a big commitment! An agenda will be sent out two weeks in advance of the meeting. If you have questions, don't hesitate to reach out to us.
