Mindful Retreat

Mindfulness Retreat at Osquik Unplug, recharge, and reconnect with nature, with yourself, and with each other. We’re heading to Osquik for an overnight mindfulness retreat. The weekend includes yoga, guided meditation, a digital detox, sauna and swimming, board games, and plenty of time to simply breathe. Meals are fully covered dinner, breakfast, and fika are all part of the experience. Spots are limited sign up to secure your place. This event is carried out with support from the Foundation for Sports and Wellness at KTH (Stiftelsen Idrotten–Friskvården vid KTH)
