KitchenLESS 2.0 It’s back, and it’s better than ever before: The outdoor committee is proudly presenting KitchenLESS 2.0! Have you always wanted to put your OUTDOOR COOKING skills to the test? Or simply watch and cheer for the teams competing in Lund’s only outdoor cooking competition? Well, now is your time! In a magical place just outside of Lund, the teams will compete for the honorable KitchenLESS Master title and a prize, all under the watchful eyes of an audience and a panel of unpredictably unhinged judges. After the competition there will be the opportunity to hang out around the campfire with new and old friends before catching the train or bike back to Lund. Important: Sign up in teams of two/one or be assigned a team mate Each team is allowed to bring ONE secret ingredient! It’s recommended to be something that adds that extra flavor to your dish and should be of no more value than 50 kr. The remaining ingredients will be provided at the competition site. Equipment list (what you should bring, per team): Cutting board, spoon, spatula, bowl to mix stuff, 2 forks and 2 knives, 1 small & 1 large cutting knife, whisk, ladle, measuring cups, the secret ingredient, apron (optional, funny ones may get bonus points) and 5 liters of water (essential) Trangia/gas/fuel portable kitchen or similar (optional, can be provided) Logistics: Take train 1226 from Lund C at 16.49 to Örtofta station (arrives at 16.56), then hike two km west to Lilla Harrie Vindskydd OR, hike directly from Lund (10 km) to Lilla Harrie Vindskydd by foot or bike WHEN: May 7th 17:30 (cooking starts at 18:00) WHERE: Lilla Harrie vindskydd PRICE: participants 130 kr (price per person), free for audience (both ticket types need to be acquired on Orbi) TICKETS: Live on Orbi from 15/4 13.00 and available until 5/5 13.00.
