Mellan den 2 - 4 oktober presenterar BOSS ett Game-Jam som passar bra till era köttbullar med potatismos. 😋 Den helgen samarbetar vi med Gameport och Blackdrop Interactive för att presentera inte bara ett Game-Jam, men även föreläsningar från spelindustrin! Dessa föreläsningar hålls på Fredagen mellan kl. 15:00 - 17:00, och sen startar jam:et kl. 18:00. Man kan delta på föreläsningarna även om man inte deltar på jam:et. Så bara kom förbi! Båda evenemangen är gratis att delta på! Under självaste BOSS-Jam tävlar studenter i att skapa ett så bra spel som möjligt utifrån olika kategorier och ett givet tema, allt presenteras direkt vid jam:ets start. Dessa spel bedöms därefter av BOSS-styrelsen, där vinnaren i varje kategori får ett pris! Grupper är även tillåtna, men vinnarna har ansvaret själv att dela priset i gruppen. Studenter på distans har även möjlighet att delta på både jam:et och föreläsningarna digitalt! Have you jammed your last jar? Perfect! This autums's BOSS-Jam is soon here! During the 2 - 4 of October, BOSS presents a Game-Jam which fits well with your meatballs and mashed potatoes. 😋 That weekend, we collaborate with Gameport and Blackdrop Interactive to bring you not only a Game-Jam, but also lectures from the games industry! These lectures will be held that Friday between 15:00 and 17:00, and the jam itself will start at 18:00. You can also attend the lectures even if you don't plan on attending the jam! Both events are free to attend! During BOSS-Jam, students compete in creating as good a game as possible based on a number of categories and a given theme, everything is presented at the start of the jam. These games are then judged by the BOSS council, where the winner of each category win prizes! Competing in groups is also allowed, but the victors have the responsibility to divide the prize within their group themselves.
