Join EUROAVIA Leuven for a unique visit to a Search and Rescue base in the south of the Netherlands! The SAR crews are on standby day and night to save lives at sea and on land, and we get to see up close how they work.
What to expect:
• A look at the SAR helicopters and how they work
• How a scramble works: what happens from the moment the alarm goes off until the helicopter is in the air
• The chance to meet the crew and ask all your questions
