The Entertainment Committee, together with our main sponsor EY, is delighted to invite you to the Bachelor Graduation Post-Ceremony Banquet at the stunning Vinterträdgården, Grand Hôtel Stockholm.
After years of hard work, late nights, deadlines, and everything that comes with making it through your bachelor’s degree, it is finally time to celebrate properly. Expect a three-course dinner prepared by Grand Hôtel’s renowned chefs, champagne, white tie, and an evening together in one of Stockholm’s most iconic venues.
This year, we are especially proud to have EY as the main sponsor of the Graduation Banquet. Thanks to their generous support, we have been able to significantly reduce the ticket price for you, our graduating students. We are incredibly grateful to EY for helping us make this celebration possible and for allowing us to give the Class of 2026 the send-off it deserves.
What you need to know now:
- Ticket release: Tuesday October 13, 18:00
- You must secure your ticket before October 18h at 23:59.
- You may purchase a maximum of two tickets: one for yourself and one for a potential +1 (TWO SEPERATE TYPES OF TICKETS)
- The graduate ticket is subsidized by EY. Your +1 will purchase a ticket at the regular price, which is not subsidized by EY.
- Dress code: White tie.
The banquet is our chance to come together after the ceremony, sit down with friends, and celebrate everything that has led up to this moment. And naturally, the evening does not end there. After the banquet, we will make our way back to our beloved Rotunda for one final night all together as the Class of 2026.
Important to note:
- PU’s banquet is completely independent of the graduation ceremony at the City Hall.
- A ticket to the banquet does not equal your diploma.
- PU is not responsible for anything happening before the graduation banquet.
- Academic achievements and diploma handouts are completely separate from this event.
A note on +1s guests:
- Graduating students may bring one additional guest to the banquet, such as a partner, family member, or friend.
- Your +1 will be seated next to you during the banquet. It is therefore essential that they state the full name and student number of the graduating student they are attending with when purchasing their ticket.
- +1s are not eligible to purchase the discounted graduating student ticket. Student numbers will be checked manually, and any non-graduating guest who purchases a student ticket will be denied entry and will not receive a full refund.
- +1s are subject to availability, and graduates are of course prioritized.
More precise information regarding times, transportation, and the evening’s schedule will be shared soon.
