SET MPIC Bierpongturnier

- English version below - Im Rahmen der SET der Fachschaft MPIC steigt bei uns ein großes Bierpongturnier — parallel zur Pizzaparty der Fachschaft in der Campus Cneipe. Gespielt wird im K.-o.-System bis zum Finale, dazu gibt es ein Spiel um Platz 3. Die Plätze 1 bis 3 bekommen einen Preis. Wichtig: Die Turnieranmeldung läuft vor Ort von 18:00 bis 18:30. Wer später kommt, kann nicht mehr mitspielen! Ihr tretet in Zweier- oder Dreierteams an und müsst gemeinsam zur Anmeldung erscheinen um eure Teamnummer zu erfahren. Dort könnt ihr auch direkt Flaschenbier kaufen, was deutlich schneller geht als an der Bar anzustehen. Wenn ihr euch vorab eingetragen habt und doch nicht könnt, meldet euch bitte wieder ab, damit andere nachrücken können. Gespielt wird mit Wasser in den Bechern, getrunken wird aus den eigenen Getränken. Je nach Anzahl der Teams gibt es in der ersten Runde eventuell Freilose. Das Finale steigt voraussichtlich gegen 20:15. Unsere Hausregeln findet ihr unten verlinkt. _____________ As part of the MPIC’s SET events, we’re hosting a big beer pong tournament—at the same time as the Student Council’s pizza party at the Campus Cneipe. The tournament will be played in a single-elimination format until the final, and there will also be a match for third place. The top three teams will receive prizes. Important: Tournament registration takes place on-site from 6:00 p.m. to 6:30 p.m. If you arrive later, you won’t be able to participate! You’ll compete in teams of two or three and must show up together for registration; there, you can also buy bottled beer right away, which is much faster than waiting in line at the bar. If you’ve registered in advance but can’t make it after all, please cancel your registration so others can take your place. The game is played with water in the cups; you’ll drink from your own beverages. Depending on the number of teams, there may be byes in the first round.
