Have you always wanted to jump, vault, and conquer obstacles like a ninja? Now is your chance! On Thursday, November 26th, UppX invites you to an exclusive parkour session at Katana Parkour!
What to expect: We will have a one-hour class led by professional instructors. Weâll start with a group warmup, followed by specific exercises and challenges designed to introduce the fundamental principles of parkour. The class ends with a fun group game!
After the guided class is over, we are welcome to stick around at the gym to play, push our limits, and practice our new skills.
No previous experience is needed â all levels are welcome!
