Join our JACC Career Speaker Series! JACC is launching our first career event to learn more about opportunities of working with a japan focus! Join our Panel Discussion next Tuesday in Munich! Speaker Information: Oliver Gierl, a JET Program alumnus who spent four years working in Japan after applying through the Japanese embassy, is now back in Munich working at the city's international office. Having experienced Japan as a high school student, a university student, and a working professional, he brings a perspective we rarely get to hear. He will be talking about how working life in Japan compares to his return to Germany and what students can expect. Expect a short presentation, a panel discussion, and an open Q&A where you can ask the questions that matter to you: how to actually get there, what working life looks like, and what to realistically expect on both sides. This event is open to all students, encouraging them to be proactive and realistic in planning their careers to work in Germany or Japan in the future.
