Dear future exchange and international students, Welcome to the plateform where you can register for the Welcome Week, taking place in Lausanne from September 4 to 13 ! Once your ticket is paid, your spot will be booked and we will contact you in a few weeks to give you more information on the activities and remind you of the meeting points and what you should bring. Please note that there are different packs for which you can register. You will find all the details below. Meet2meet Pack : Join us for a relaxed and fun-filled Saturday afternoon where you can get to know your new peers while enjoying games, snacks, and drinks. What is included : snacks and drinks Date : Saturday, 5th of September Time : 15h - 20h Day Pack (includes Tour&Connect, Meet2meet, Olympiades, Lavaux and Wine Tasting, Lausanne City Tournament) : Tour&Connect : Start the week with a fun campus tour, where you’ll get to participate in different games in groups. What is included : picnic, snacks and drinks Date : Friday, 4th of September Time : 9h30 - 15h30 Olympiades : Join us for a journey across the globe through sporty mini-games, each representing a different country. What is included : snacks and drinks Date : Sunday, 6th of September Time : 9h - 17h15 Lavaux & Wine tasting : Join us on this extraordinary journey in the wineyards of Lavaux, where you will taste exquisite local wines ! What is included : train tickets (from Lausanne station and the way back), wine tasting in a wine cellar Date : Tuesday, 8th of September Time : 8h30 - 18h30 Lausanne City Tournament : Get ready for completing fun and surprising challenges across the city, while discovering Lausanne’s coolest spots and finishing the quest with a chill apero and meeting time. What is included : snacks and drinks (at the end), prizes (for the winners) Date : Thursday, 10th of September Time : 13h30 - 17h30 Night Pack (includes Swiss Night, International Dinner, Enchanted Forest Party and Pub night & Club) : Swiss night : Join us for an evening of melted raclette, generous pours of Swiss wine, and a lighthearted dive into Swiss culture. What is included : raclette, wine Date : Friday, 4th of September Time : 19h - 23h International Dinner : Dive in a world of flavors while connecting with other students at the International Dinner! Bring your favorite dish of your homeland ato share it with others and join us for a karaoke party after dinner ! What is included : drinks and cocktails Date : Monday, 7th of September Time: 18h -23h Enchanted Forest Party : Join us for a night of pure energy at our Enchanted Forest Party! What is included : snacks and drinks Date : Wednesday, 9th of September Time: 20h - 2h Pub night & Club : Kick off your evening in a bar where you can enjoy good vibes, drinks and great music. Once everyone’s warmed up, we’re taking the night to the club for an unforgettable party! What is included : Nightclub entry, discounts on drinks at the bar Date : Thursday, 10th of September Time: 20h - 5h Chalet Weekend Pack : Join us for a weekend in s swiss chalet, where you can enjoy wonderful view and connect with many new people ! On Saturday, you can choose between a hike at the Lac de Moiry or discover Sion and the Lac Saint-Léonard. There will also be two themed-party on the evenings !
