Ciao a tutti ! Did you know that we speak Italian in Switzerland ? Do you want to visit some of the prettiest places in the world? We are glad you asked: join us for our week-end in Ticino ! This year, we’re taking you to the sunny side of Switzerland, across the Alps, where you’ll be hosted in Lugano. You will have the chance to choose your own activities, with options ranging from easy lakeside strolls to more ambitious mountain hikes. We will experience the emerald waters of Valle Verzasca, the breathtaking panoramas of Monte Brè and Monte Boglia, and the charming lakeside views of Ascona, Morcote, and Locarno. On top of the daily activities, we’ll have a different party each night ! Some say that Ticino is the Swiss Rio de Janeiro, and once you see the sunset over the lake, you will understand why. So, why are you still hesitating? Come with us for this memorable week-end ! Warning: Read all options below carefully, because you will have to select the activities for each day and your bunker preference when making your ticket selection. ---------------------------------------------------------- Information about the different activities Friday Everyone goes to Lugano and the sun-drenched peaks of Monte Brè, and then you can choose between: (Option A) Monte Boglia Hike: A hike to see the Alpine views of Monte Boglia, the best views in Lugano. Difficult hike, very tiring (750m uphill, ~8km total), up and down the same path. (Option B) Gandria Stroll: A nice hike downhill to Gandria, a stunning lakeside town. Easy walk downhill (779m down, just a few kilometers). Return to Lugano either by foot (Brè-Gandria-Lugano = 8km) or by bus. Saturday Everyone will visit Locarno but at different times, depending on your choice between: (Option A) Valle Verzasca: Chill day, picnic and swimming in the gorgeous emerald waters of Valle Verzasca. A 40 minute hike downhill, and a visit to Locarno in the afternoon. (Option B) Ascona + Isole di Brissago: Visit to Locarno in the morning, then to lakeside town Ascona. Boat from Ascona to the botanical garden of Isole di Brissago, then back to Locarno. Note: Option B adds +8 CHF to your ticket price. Sunday Everyone will go to Lugano, and then either: (Option A) Lugano Vibing: Stay in Lugano, walk around town and just relax in the sun. (Option B) Carona + Morcote: Exploring the historic hilltop village Carona, followed by a 1h30 hour walk to the postcard-perfect streets of Morcote. ---------------------------------------------------------- Information about the accommodation Accommodation will be in bunkers. We will do our best to assign you to the bunker of your choice, although it will be limited by bunker capacities. You will have the choice between: (Option A) The party bunker (Option B) The chill bunker (approximately 1h walk or 30min bus ride from the party bunker; last bus departure at 1.15am) ---------------------------------------------------------- General information about the event ✦ WHEN: from Friday 29th May until Sunday 31st May. Meeting time at 7:00AM and return around 9:30PM ✦ MEETING POINT: Lausanne Train Station, main Hall, in front of “Le Panetier” ✦ NUMBER OF SPOTS: 76 ✦ PRICE: Anyone with ESNcard: CHF 155 Anyone without ESNcard: CHF 165 - CHF 45 if you have the full-fare ticket for all Swiss trains (AG) + CHF 8 if you choose option B for Saturday’s activity The total price includes: transport, accommodation, food & beverages (for Friday evening, all of Saturday, & Sunday morning & noon), and of course incredible memories ! ✦ REGISTRATION: The sale will take place fully online and start on Wednesday, May 13th at noon (12PM). Spots are limited and expected to sell out quickly! Important information: - We will only accept a maximum of 2 tickets per person on the ticketing platform. - There is a discount for ESNcard holders, and we will be checking ESNcards before leaving on Friday. Thus be sure to bring it with you for the event! - There is no ticket exchange possible. - Our ticketing platform Orbi will induce service fees of up to 7.50 CHF depending on the choice of tickets. However, we advise you to buy your ticket on the Orbi app since it reduces the service fee to a maximum of 2.50 CHF. ✦ TICKET REFUND: Tickets are non-refundable by default. We reserve the sole right to decide whether a refund may be granted, in particular in the event of a cancellation or a significant modification of the event. No refund may be claimed in case of change of mind, absence, illness, personal impediment, or for any other reason. Likewise, no transfer of payment or ticket to another event will be permitted.
